Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The item is free from damage, wear, or alterations
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or worn innersoles.

What You Can Return or Exchange
You may return or exchange your innersoles if:
• You received the wrong item
• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@negrii.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and photos (if applicable)
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Exchanges will be shipped at no additional charge (1 exchange per order)

Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we will cover return shipping
• For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or visibly worn innersoles
• Items returned after 14 days
• Products without original packaging
