What to Expect

Omegawave is a medical tool that measures how ready your body is to perform, not just in sport, but in everyday life. The assessment provides an overall snapshot of your physical state by capturing data from your energy system, brain, heart, and autonomic nervous system.

The assessment is non-invasive and takes just five minutes. A trained professional will come to your home, guide you through the process, and discuss your results on the spot.

We recommend setting aside a 30-minute time slot to allow enough time to review your data and get you set up with your innersoles.

To track meaningful changes, we recommend a follow-up assessment within 3 to 4 weeks of consistently wearing your innersoles. This allows us to compare your progress against your initial baseline assessment.

We suggest purchasing a 3-month subscription of innersoles when booking your first assessment to get the most out of your Omegawave journey.
